Bank Statement Loan Question
Watched multiple videos on the topic and have a question that I can’t find an answer to. For a self employed bank statement loan it seems fairly common to find 12 and 24 month bank statement loans. I’m confused about whether I need to be in business for 2yrs before I can use a 12 month bank statement loan. Started my business in Dec. of last year and was hoping to use a 12 month bank statement loan in Jan-March of next year but it seems I might have hit a snag if I need to be in business for 2yrs to pull it off. Thanks!!
