Is it customary to provide a refrigerator for rentals. My wife and I are new so we're just curious.

Currently looking into purchasing a 3 family property. It’s being sold as is and looks as if the appliances (stove/oven/refrigerator/washer/dryer) are about as old as the house (alright, maybe not that old but still.....

What is the best place to buy appliances for flips in the twin city metro area? I need a range, dishwasher, microwave hood combo and a refrigerator.  Are the big box stores the best option?
