Just bought my first duplex! Question about appliances

Hey guys = should invest in the protection plans offered on new appliances or forgo them? Insight is welcome. Also where can I get the best deal on appliances?

Hey Aisha! I have protection plans on my new appliances in my rentals. I just factured that in to my rental charges as long as the plan charges weren’t to outrageous.This way the tenant paid for the protection plan on appliances that they were using anyway.
