I have a question about lottery-type tax lien sales that I'm hoping someone can help me with.

The treasurer's office lists this information on their site:

"A participant of the sale cannot pick and choose properties...

The title says it all, that is just my end goal with this, (the more the merrier, obviously lol) - or I guess, we could always just back-trace the figures, what's the average net per unit? per property?

I am interested in gaining different perspectives on how to hire an office manager and handyman so I can focus more of my time on finding properties.
