Advice for new upcoming agents
As a new agent (sales person) or an experienced agent giving advice to a new agent what made you choose your brokerage?

A broker's #1 priority should be integrity followed by training and support. If they're just offering you a desk and mandating floor time then you're in the wrong place.
A large company like Keller-Williams might be good for training but I don't know how good they are for support since you'll be thrown in a big pond with a lot of fish. A small, independent brokerage may provide better support from the Broker since you're not fighting 100 other agents but the training may not be of the same caliber.
If I were starting out again with the knowledge I have today, I would look for a small office with no more than ten agents and an honest, supportive Broker. I would find my own training program or coach.
