Let's say my rehab budget is 40k. How much of that would I need to pay the contractor? What is the general rule of thumb when it comes to this?

Can anyone recommend a great personal budget app that you can link up with your spouse. Wasn’t sure if there was one available that a married couple could use and update together on their phones.
