Has anyone ever used any seller lead sites? Or the wholesaling sites that supposedly give you access to deals 2 weeks prior if you are a premium member versus a basic member on the site? 

I've read that you must build a buyers list first. I've also read that you should work on finding motivated sellers first and the buyers will come. I'm starting to believe the latter.
