Hello all, I'm very interested in becoming an wholesaler in the North Carolina area. I've gained a lot of knowledge through training materials, however I do not have any hands-on experience. I recently was introduced to a buyer whose looking for a rental property like yesterday.

What is the best way to find motivated sellers?
