I have an opportunity to purchase a mixed use property that seller is open to using partial seller finance.

Jane - you can always approach and person selling there home on the MLS and ask will they so seller financing.

Having the seller carry a second is not a problem for the first, as long as their business with you is finished and the loan has closed.

I'm trying to structure a deal for the seller but the real estate agent won't submit my offer to the seller because they don't think the offer is beneficial for the seller.
