Look, if you've spent any time in UK you already know the US tourist is WAY different than say the German tourist.

It is in a perfect location (off the square) in a very popular tourist town outside Austin, Texas. 

@Alexandra Helms Just seem odd to me that US side isn't much of tourist area in winter than the other side.

Building a cabin in a tourist destination that does not have easy access to gas or electric.So I will need to run electric line anyway and considering installing underground propane tank, is it worth it?

Not a tourist destination, but very popular and is experiencing rapid growth.

I’m particularly drawn to the mix of year-round tourist demand, the beautiful beaches, and the proximity to major attractions.That said, I’d love to hear your thoughts on how the market is performing these days.

Open to ocean view, close to tourist areas by transit, farm ground or ranch land.  

The area has certain advantages like shelter from regulation risk (pretty much as low as anywhere in the country if you buy in the approved STR tourist zones) and long term security (people aren't going to stop going to Orlando anytime soon). 

This area is not only become a very hot tourist spot but a place to retire and hide.  

A good mix of LTR'S is a very good idea so that all your eggs aren't in the STR basket.I like tourist destinations where STR'S are heavily ingrained and almost impossible to ban or regulate out of existence.
