Uruguay- starting deep dive

Starting to research Uruguay to invest and as a 3rd country to live in.   Would appreciate your input, contacts or recommended podcasts to follow.

1.  Will bring cash to the table.   But would still like to hear about financing.

2. REI type. Generally I look for distressed, development, value add, etc. Not interested in Condos, developments unless distressed.

3.  Open to ocean view, close to tourist areas by transit, farm ground or ranch land.  Several types of investments.

I can or have already looked up citizenship, residency, taxation, crime, inflation, etc.  Looking for in country contacts banks, agents, contractors, recommended areas, etc to prep for a productive visit.

Thank you.
