I mean like you said we don't all need white table cloths and linen napkins when we go eat.. 

Cheap curtains hung up on the first floor, a welcome mat, lights on a timer, battery operated fake candles on a timer, big size 11 men's shoes and big men's jacket hung by the front door, two empty dog bowls, a tie out in the back yard (for a dog), fan on a timer, foldable table and chairs with a tablecloth and centerpiece, and radio playing on a timer.  

I have a nice table cloth on it and a small decoration of flowers or some type of Knick knacks.

Bill Gulley I am talking about kitchen table cloth, repainting the kitchen the same old color for the past several years, putting new kitchen rugs on the floor, new kitchen curtains, and adding new bathroom shower curtains.Sam W.

I use old sheets and old vinyl tablecloths.

Big buckets of crab, brown paper table cloth, cool atmosphere. 

Do you think I could move my stuff (just a queen mattress, table, clothes, and smaller items) into 1 of the bedrooms of the new condo while it's being renovated, or is this not practical? 

If your paying full commission what ever BS they are declaring the fee covers should be covered by the commission.I put this in the same category as going into a restaurant and getting a cleaning charge for the table cloth on my bill.
