Just sprinkle it on the carpets.The internet has many sites with instructions on how to use it.It odorless and non-toxic, as opposed to the chemical stuff.I've used it to great effect.Good Luck!

A few months after buying my 4-unit I had one tenant who told me they had bed bugs and although they were proactive (they used the powder and mattress covers) I bought them some spray on Amazon that had good ratings (it was non-toxic as well).I also sprayed the outside hallway, stairs and both vacant upstairs units with a bug killer I bought at Lowe's that supposedly kills bedbugs and other bugs for up to a year.
