Stocking your Airbnb is an opportunity to create a standout guest experience.

Because Wall Street has told everyone that's what they should do, give them all your money and in the future they will give it back with a profit, maybe, possibly, for some, sometimes, maybe, we will see, if if if. 

While that would be nice to build up a lot of money and save, however that would just push me back even further from starting my real estate future plans, careers, family, etc.

Just like bonds & stocks, different properties will have higher & lower risks.

If you have to cancel on future Airbnb guests, so be it.

To match the returns you'd have to peg every grand-slam appreciating stock every-single-year on the street.
