For house-flippers, which social media channels would you recommend?

Scrolling through social media, I stumbled on a house near Charlotte—fresh paint, new kitchen cabinets, updated bath, even a brand-new HVAC—but way under market value.

Start with the low hanging fruit, using chat gpt to write some social media or blog posts or clean up a newsletter to make it more professional.

I do not have much of a social media presence as I have relied on previous clients(mostly in AZ) for repeat business.  

Put it on Facebook Marketplace, here on BP Classifieds, whatever other social media platforms you're on, etc.Worse-case, put it on the MLS (a problem if you are NOT an agent, but then find one to work with!).

@Chris Seveney - I asked Chat GPT about the correlation between Real Estate Syndicator time spent on social media, and the likely correlation to investment returns :).

They're both relatively small agencies but one has steady some 30 reviews on google and I have a feeling definitely utilizes social media (IG, FB, etc.) while the other has none and I feel is more old school (the principals also recently returned to selling after being in coaching for some time).
