Help! Looking for most effective platform(s)for starting new property mgmt company?

Hi to all, I have been a licensed broker in two states(AZ and FL) for many years.  I've only been a broker in Florida since 2018 but I've been out of the state for large periods of time.  I've previoulsy focused on flipping houses and residential sales but now that I'm in Florida full time I'm strongly considering starting my own property management company for residential leases. I do not have much of a social media presence as I have relied on previous clients(mostly in AZ) for repeat business.  Any advise on which platforms Facebook, instagram, or any other ones are the most effective for attracting new clients to hopefully sign contracts for rental property mgmt?
