Booze is almost completely gone now -- my brother is a Mormon and I'm pretty sure I drink less than he does.I still like good coffee, but instant coffee and Greek frappe (if you don't know what that is, you're better off) is out.The big wrench in the works happened two years ago when a lot of my renovation physical activity caught up to me and I got arthritis in my hip.

I used to get up at 5 every morning and lift like crazy, now I find myself on this forum every morning, and doing most of my lifting at night :beer: At least I have my arthritis to remind me of the good old days, besides I've lost my desire to lift weights, those things are heavy!

i can relate we had a 14 year old choclate lab she had arthritis real bad we kept changing medicines for her and it would help for a while but she would get bad again we could see she was suffering so we decided to put her down i did while my wife was at work to save her the agony that was one of the hardest things ive ever done, we to said we wouldnt get another but after about 9 months we decided to get a golden retriever and it was a great decision, if your a dog lover like we are you will get over the hurt and get another one such a great feeling when we come home and we get greeted by our dog always happy to see us ....sorry for your loss
