Hi,We are in search for an audio visual equipment.

As a owner of a small tech audio visual company, and former residential tech guy if this is really your current plan we should talk.  

(Audio visual equipment, expensive bed, appliances, etc.)

Also, in this case, I think the seller would be very unhappy if I re-sold the house without paying off his mortgage first.Here's an update: My husband and I visited OUR new house for the first time this weekend, and the seller left behind a huge amount of nice furniture, audio/visual/comuter equipment, and other goodies.

I'm self employed now, and until my agency takes off, I'm bouncing between Audio Visual contract work (my previous profession) and contract investor marketing assistance work.  

Is it books, cds, audio, visual, classroom?

I’m an audio visual learner so it was easy because I could listen to it while working out, cooking or driving and crammed 3 days before taking the state exam (I definitely don’t recommend that but it can be done!!
