@Lee Singleton,I want to kick this off by saying that I've personally followed Perch Wealth's newsletters for at least the past two years. 

Unless it's perched out over a severe slope that's way too much.Check with your local HOME CENTER, that's NOT HD or Lowes!

I'm not sure that I'm as comparable perching rehab properties now at the higher prices as I was several years ago.

I don’t think Zillow, Offerpad or Perch instant offers could ever replace Realtors® because the offers come from real estate investors, and their margins are greater than the 5-6 percent it costs to sell a home.

It's a credit union perched just on the edge of crazy downtown proper, so if you're headed into SLC and need to grab some cash, it's easy to do on the way in.
