You don't jump out of the plane without checking your parachute.

Often those parcels are landlocked, meaning you have to parachute in...and then not sure how you get out. 

If you have equity in the property and are able to sell then you have a golden parachute out. 

Its like buying the most expensive parachute for your flight on a United 737 flight.

I'm not saying to skydive without a parachute but most people need to take a few more chances to have life changing success.

Not trying to be a jerk, but you have a better chance of surviving when jumping out of a plane at 10,000 ft without a parachute than remotely managing a class D rental from afar.
