2025 is all about Action
Hello, Im a long time listener and first-time networker. I have a wife and 3 kids and the weight of their futures on my back. I'm 44, a licensed barber, and own the first house I ever bought outright. I would imagine getting the cash out is about the easiest part, having the check in hand is the exciting part, and buying a house is the nerve-wracking part.
i watch videos at work and talk to my clients all the time about real estate. I know so many good people in the RE space that I know I should be just fine.
With my anxiety, It still feels like I'm about to jump off a cliff and I had to make and pack my own parachute from YouTube videos.
Hopefully I can learn more from you guys in 2025.
