What are some good real estate groups/meetups in Houston?

I’m new to REI and plan to invest locally in the Houston market. I am looking to grow my buy and hold rental portfolio and would love to network with other investors/agents/wholesalers etc. Any recommendations on Houston REI groups that meet in person or virtually?

Sounding redundant here, but if you are ever in the Conroe area, there's a meetup every third Thursday of the month. Tonight, in fact.

I absolutely love going to the meetups. It's a great way to talk through your plans and goals for real estate with people that actually understand!
