Working to figure out which route has the best conversion rates when targeting specific neighborhoods.

I want a resort style feel, clean neighborhood, golf carts, and pool a plus .

We would love to connect with investors, as well as investor-friendly realtors and property managers in the northern Alabama region.Any insights into the local market or recommendations for neighborhoods to explore further would be greatly appreciated.

I would prefer prefer neighborhoods that are showing signs of population growth and economic development but open to recommendations.Would love to hear from anyone with experience in the Cleveland market or similar!

Cleveland, Ohio is a great market to focus on for cash flow and specific pockets have gone up 2x and upwards of 4x in the last 5-10 years even!

They're good rental markets and certainly OK places to live, but definitely a step down from A or B+. but
