I have a lease paragraph that prohibiting car/ motor bike repair.

The boys anyway just need a few tiny or mobile homes with a couple shops they can work on their cars, trucks and motorbikes. 

They don't have payments either and when their car or motorbike needs something,  their first action is to get out their own tools and pull up a YT video.  

For the record tenant just brought a second Harley Davidson motorbike,  an SUV, and his wife does have a job, and yet he does not want to pay his rent. 

A motor bike frame, a rubber kayak, and much more.So far all we could find from the county is very pricy, a couple of grand.Does anyone know if there are more affordable options to take care of this?

I had a motorbike myself when I was renting years ago and I got permission from the landlord to park it insider the yard on blacktop so that would be okay its assuming the garage use extended to registered motorbikes.

Correction: they currently park their motorbikes and they’d like to add a car.

I did have a tenant put a motorbike in it and had to disallow the activity. 

He is now parking his motorbike in front of his entrance, creating a fire code violation for the sole egress that he has.
