Ok , so I wanted to get your thoughts on this situation .  We have a 6 unit multifamily he parking is all open and each unit has one assigned space and can have two vehicles. We have an outbuilding where In one  bay  we  have installed a bike rack for everyone to  use. One of the tenants bought a small motorcycle and  started parking in this bike garage area.  I sent a note to everyone saying no motor vehicles in the garage. It was still there and I let the tenant know it was not okay and the tenant offered to pay for the parking. I explained they are free to park a second vehicle but not in the garage my rationale being I can't offer garage motorcycle parking to everyone (realistically this is the only one now ). The bike rack area is a bit crowded with the M/C but passable I could not accept another one though.  Would you accept the garage parking for a fee? Or force the bike out.  I can offer winter parking in another building  for  a fee and would be willing to do so  but summer garage parking would need to be in this bike area. No one has complained to date but I do try to be fair.  We will have a garage for rent in the future but not now. Just wondering about the fair aspect in situations like this.
