Hello All,What app/Managment software have you found success with for taking applications and managing tenants?

I don't have personal experience with it, but when the app was first developed, I contacted the developer and put the app through a fairly robust test usage to see if it's something I would want to recommend to my clients (I'm a CPA).I think the app is great for its intended purpose and I do recommend it to my clients now (and have for about 18 months now). 

Fortunately, most of the apps today are cloud based and have an app to make that easier.

Hello! Working on an owner finance deal and I'm curious what technology you use to keep track of payments and amortization schedules. 

We use all STR focused apps to manage both STRs and MTRs.

I use the RESPtracker app.

Basically does it all and the customer service and response time on the in app or online chat is insanely fast. 

I also know that Baselane is continuing to evolve their app.
