I could argue that, for the most of us 10 to 20mm is a good stopping point unless you want super yachts, jets, huge mansions or many personal homes in different locations, etc, etc. which most of us will never get to., or need.

Compare your property to other listings in your area that sleep 9, but make sure to only look at comparable properties and exclude any outliers (like a mansion, or a property with not great reviews).

This would be the only historic mansion (it's 4700 feet with the basement, so close enough) in Amarillo that you could rent nightly.
