Experience with BNB Leverage

Has anyone used the company BNB Leverage to help with the airbnb arbitrage strategy? They apparently help you screen for a property, acquire a corporate lease, and design the airbnb rental. Fees seem high but could potentially be worth it. Curious to hear anyone's experience!

I agree with @John Underwood

I remember you posted about arbitrage last week. I really implore you to go another route as most arbitrage ends poorly. If you are stuck on it, do not pay for a course and you better go for a grand slam out of the gate. My first STR was an arbitrage but it was a beach mansion in foreclosure. $6k per month and $30,000 to get it going and it cash flowed about $20k a month. Bank won foreclosure in 10 months so luckily it cashflowed as well as it did. If it did not I would have been in the hole.
