Title III of the ADA requires the removal of architectural barriers in existing facilities unless it can be shown that removing the barrier is "not readily achievable."

Seek to get an understanding of what they know about ADA compliant (probably nothing), present your case in calm friendly manner.

Under federal law (ADA and FHA), true service animals and emotional support animals are exempt from pet fees, deposits, or rent, but the tenant must provide proper documentation if requested.

The pros are all true, but the cons are they need to make it ada compliant and elderly friendly.
