We listed without success on Kopa, but they've closed shop.I've heard good things about Zillow rentals but have no personal experience.

We didn't get much traction with Roomster and Kopa as by-the-room platforms, and we are a smaller market without a Padsplit presence.There are a lot of work crews passing through our neck of the woods, so the private rooms are appreciated as a bonus. 

We're also listed on Airbnb, Zillow, Furnished Finder, Homads, Kopa, and I'm sure I am forgetting a few.

We currently have the property listed on Furnished Finder, Zillow, Airbnb, and we just signed up for Kopa.

Has anyone used/heard of Kopa?

Other good ones (paid sites) are sabbatical homes dot com, wanderly, corporatehousingbyowner, and kopa. 

I'm just getting into MTRs myself and another site to list is Kopa.

Currently 4 BD/3 BA house, renting out front 2BD/2BA on Airbnb and Kopa for an average of $3300/month.
