Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Sunnyvale.

Purchase price: $437,100
Cash invested: $689,873

Primary house bought at trustee sale auction, did addition and rebuilt in 2018. Currently 4 BD/3 BA house, renting out front 2BD/2BA on Airbnb and Kopa for an average of $3300/month.
