You want to make sure the document you signed with them clearly spells out their job duties and responsibilities.

Someone who can perform duties such as: fix closet doors, replace light fixtures, replace a front door, etc.Ive used 2 handymen off of Google in the past and they both ghosted me at some point.

For example, a person can go to  a 10 —-13 week school for dental assistant… finish the course get a certificate and have an immediate job making somewhere around 43k plus.. yeah I know it’s not a ton of money, but it’s a good base especially for folks that don’t want to go to college.

Get 3-4 jobs, work 16hours a day, both days on the weekends. 

There's is nothing you can to to force this person to change how they do business.So, start looking for a new PMC and do a better job screening them:)
