What about my search is producing such limited information?

The only time we need additional information is if they are denied.Once accepted, we tell them exactly what we need from them to move in. 

Outside of the police report, I would just ensure all window and doors lock or functional.

So, I don't want to expand that tool beyond what it is today.1) If anyone out there knows of such a dashboard for a small investor (I have 5 commercial leases and 14 residential), please share the information on where I can buy a template.2) If any of you are interested in working together to develop this tool, I am happy to meet and build a wish list for features that we can divide up the work and complete it faster.

Asset Management is a HUGE undertaking on multifamily properties, and you can't rely just on a PM for most of the functions.

Seems like they have a big overlap in functionality.  

So curious as to what you see in the way of utilization of this information..
