Here are a few tips to help you get started:Financing: Since you’ll be starting your internship soon, lenders may look at your projected income or require a co-signer until you have a longer work history.

The purchase to cash flow ratio is much higher than majority of the states in the US but again not the only states.If you need any help or want to talk more REI feel free to reach out I have done a ton of business in both states and can walk you through pretty much anything.

We are about to put in $15-$20k of our own money into it, beyond what insurance covered and I need help deciding how we should finance it.

We would have to come oop about 400-450 for 2nd HH.Also planing to use other rest of heloc for a dscr or brrr so that would possibly help as well.Would you wait until rates drop to do another HH and just buy the brrr/dscr now?
