We design flips all across the US with an ARV of less than $225k.

That's where the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation becomes a game-changer. 

Although most people like the safety of cold calling, email and text messages, nothing beats good old fashion door knocking. 

It either has to be indicated by the agent on a listing description (rare) or you have to do it the old fashion way which is to call and ask directly.

What design trends are you loving right now in housing?

We also don't have much of a problem with design.

I'm fearful we don't have enough contractor support to get the rehab done in a timely fashion.
