Hi,  I just came across this site as I was looking for reviews on CIX....and glad I did....I listened to Ross Hamilton on a webinar the other night and was all enthused, but very disappointed when I realized it was going to cost me some big buck to get the actual real tools...sounded pretty impressive however, and then confusing at the same time....Why, if this guy is making such a fortune, is he soliciting this program to begin with???? 

or you are opposed to roommates (one of a duo is always less enthused).

I purchased a list from List Source which I was initially excited about and really enthused to get my postcards out the door!  

They sound great and get you enthused, but offer nothing of substance that you can practically apply to get paid. 

My goal in the future is multi-family, but currently my husband is not completely on board (he hasn't said that, but I can tell he's less than enthused with my REI aspirations--he's skeptical). 

I intend on relocating to central Illinois in the next few years and would like to be of driving distance to my rentals.I'm real enthused to hear some folks are finding these properties.  

I've had good luck with Stewart Title out in Fulshear but less enthused with one of the branches is Sugar Land.
