I love the flexibility they offer for traveling professionals, military families, or folks in between moves.My main questions:Have you noticed increased demand for midterm rentals in this area, particularly from military personnel at nearby bases or healthcare workers at local hospitals?

The site is just south of Lexington, another market desperately in need of rentals but higher points of entry.

Cash flowing markets, low taxes, landlord friendly and large demand in renters. 

America is full of quiet & desperate strugglers; you wake up one day and see someone or something failed.

Builders are stepping up to meet demand, and buyers are taking advantage of opportunities in new construction that they simply can’t find in the existing-home market right now.

Is this a person who is, from here, going to turn their life around from the desperate situation that they find themselves in right now, such that they are willing to take a Subject-To deal?
