@Phil SheltonYou would need a civil engineer to provide a drawing to get submitted to zoning and get a permit if it passes zoning is most common This also depends on the road - if it’s a state road forget it as it will take a year to get approved and cost a fortune - if it’s a local road process not as cumbersome but don’t expect this to happen quicklyIn some instances you may have to prepare sight distances etc to make sure it’s safe to add a curb cut

I want to purchase an investment condo for $150,000.I want to get Heloc loan from my other investment condo for $50,000 and use it as downtown payment for this condo.Can I get a 30 year fixed conventional loan for $100,000 and use $50,000 for down payment from heloc?

We currently accept rent from tenants using a variety of 3rd party apps-Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle but are moving away from accepting payments in our individual names and want to start accepting payments directly to the LLC/business accounts, but LLC accounts do not accept Zelle and there is a fee for using business accounts on Venmo.

This would need to be structured that if your rent is at or below your mortgage payment, the portion of the mortgage payment going towards principal is more than all other expenses (and hopefully more than budgeted capex).
