Crispy fried right.... 

I love seeing crispy concrete with a slightly darker  exterior color.

Contractors said shingles are pretty crispy etc. 

This theft had to take a while and might have been done by someone who had training in the Electrical Trade.No Hop-head Dope Fiend is going to know to cut the PVC raceways and how to cut (multi-Family) power to avoid being an Extra Crispy Criminal.And just knowing what to take, and being prepared to remove it--correct tools, correct cutters, seems like specialized knowledge.This to me does not seem like theft of copper wire, but theft of specific components that will be used in the Trade on new construction.And the renters did not notice their power was cut, and come out and have a look, and Management and Maintenance did not see this happening?

@sierra crispI was managing them myself and moved them as tenants didn’t renew.

Everything was redone and crisp.  I

However, we are forced to lower our water useage by 40%, and that means we don't water lawns anymore and things are pretty crispy and unattractive.

.…..Spread Spices Evenly.....Cook Covered (initially) Low and Slow.....Every 30-40 Minutes Baste the Turkey Generously.....Uncover the Turkey to Add Golden Color and Crispiness.........ENJOY!

@Jeanie Crisp, I have a couple of good contacts in the Dallas area that would most likely do your repairs and invoice you in order to keep the tenant happy if you have a figure in mind that the insurance company will be paying.
