What resources such as YouTube channels, podcasts, books etc did you find useful as a first time home buyer?

@Taylor Smith If you’re looking to become an investor Brandon Turner has a list of 21 excellent books for investors on his Better Life Podcast from last Friday night. The podcast about the books was only 16 minutes long and there was a list of the books in the notes if you’d prefer to skip the description of each book and go that route.

As a private homeowner a good real estate brokerage should have a list of all things useful to homeowners available to you.

The brokerage I use has a list of contractors, inspectors, trash companies, etc.
