2/1 With No Washer & Dryer Connection

Hi all! I have a 2/1 that I will be listing soon for a Tenant. I don't have the room to add a Washer and Dryer, so I'm trying to come up with a solution that I can offer. My Tenant will be responsible for water and electricity. Here are the options that I came up with:

A. Purchase a Portable Black and Decker Washer and Dryer

B. Offer a $10 monthly credit for a laundry service like Poplin (they charge $1 per load)

C. Leave as is and simply provide info for the nearest Laundromats.

Thoughts?

I would just list as is. If you find it difficult to rent then you can always explore the credit option. Personally I do not like providing appliances for tenants as the repairs and headaches start adding up.
