Similarly, if you put several Class D tenants in a Class A 4-plex, what do you think will happen to the property?

Is it a Class B property now when it used to be considered Class C? 

Hi,I am an investor in single family homes and am interested to use my equity in them to start investing in multi unit shopping center retail.

Every market will have a data center, not sure how this will deviate from the curve of market-based anticipation.

I believe it to be a little Southern California hidden treasure for cashflow, mainly class C but if you know what you are doing its a really good option to invest locally in CA with decent returns.

@Polat CaglayanI've never seen a formula but here is a general rule of thumb for multifamily:The class of an apartment refers to the quality of the building, which can be determined by a number of factors, including age, location, and condition: Class A: These are the highest quality apartments, typically built within the last 15 years.

You are simply taking money from some class of people and giving it away freely to another class of people.
