Louisville is part of the industrial corridor all the way up to Columbus, Ohio. I'd expect these to pop up along the route. Get hyped! Warehouse space for the win....right now....just wait until AI machines are efficient and need half the space. Deflates property values.....interesting future. Like these illegal immigrants, those will deflate multifamily and single family demand. Are you ready for all this? Exciting times!
