We just launched a Cash-Flow Breakfast Club for your area!

If you don't care about income and are more of a capital gain kind of guy, prices are already high (as you noticed) and there's plenty of land available to buy so I'm not sure how much is left in the tank.

If I were down there I would think about setting up a food truck or 10 or 20 and serving breakfast burritos 24 hours a day with some good hot coffee.Just my 2 cents.

How do you get paid, Is this an under the table kind of situation or is it something to add as part of your business cash flow.

Worth is the DFW Real Estate Investors Club...normally 2-3 hours including breakfast.
