Electronic Lock Recommendations

Hi, I'm looking for recommendations on the best e-lock systems to put into my STR. The property is a 3 bed/3 bath and it was engineered to have the ability to lockout the basement 1 bed/1bath studio as a stand-alone unit. I am looking for a lock system that I can update remotely and configure as needed to rent the property as either one full 3/3 unit or two separate units (2/2 & 1/1). Anyone have any recommendations?

Thank you!

  • What are the best electronic lock systems for a property that can be configured as a single unit or separate units, with remote update capabilities?

Schlage Connect Z-Wave with a SmartThings hub is recommended for its efficiency and remote capabilities, while Schlage Encode and Yale Assure are also good options for remote code management.
