She has massive furniture in this condo unit and when she moved in she moved in through the back sliding door.  

Alternatively you could just take the drywall you test fit, throw a little construction adhesive on the back, slide it in behind the trim, and use some "mud framing" to reform the corners, give it a quick sand, paint, and caulk.

Someone had broken in through the back slider door and stole anything and everything of value, in which there was apparently a lot of gold and rare coins, crystals, and cash.

We ended up agreeing on $47,000 with them paying to fix the roof prior to closing and then giving us $900 at closing to fix the back sliding door.

I have given him 3 day notices before and he meets the requirement, then back things backslide again. 

I also had them wrap my garage door, side door, and back sliding door for an extra $250.
