In terms of using BP - I highly recommend setting up some "keywords" in your settings so that you can get alerted to discussions that talk about "CPA" "Bookkeeper" or "Bookkeeping" and related terms!

I have alerts on the Zillow App, and after walking the property with my agent, I’ve made a cash/no inspection offer within 3 hours of list on the last 2 I’ve seen, and was able to snag 1, but lost out on the other when someone acted faster.

After hours on the phone trying to escalate in any manner I could and listening to their baloney blaming my attorney's escrow account, I was somehow connected to a development manager (literally a software engineering manager), who alerted me to a bug in the system where, under certain conditions, a support rep accessing my account for support purposes (e.g., my phone call the night before), can trick the system into thinking the business phone number or address was changed, thus putting a hold on outgoing transfers (both wire and ACH) until they verify the information.
