CPA Learning to help REI with Taxes and Bookkeeping

Hi everyone! I'm Kristie Nguyen, a CPA based in NYC. I recently started my own practice as a bookkeeper and tax preparer, and am excited to learn more about how I can help best service real estate investors!. I have experience with Quickbooks Online, and looking to learn to use Appfolio as I have heard that is a common software tool used for managing the books for REI.
