Ideally a 3 star and under.

Start with a contractor that has a lot of 5 star reviews.You can join some facebook groups and network with investors in your area.

When doing a full due diligence on these companies, I found out that their trustpilot rating was 1 star and read several lawsuits filed against them, by multiple homeowners.

They have 4.8 stars out of almost 1000 reviews, and the BBB gives them an A+ rating but they require 4 to 6 thousand dollars up front to work with them.

By prioritizing five-star reviews, I built a strong reputation, which led to increased bookings and higher profitability.
