Your First Airbnb: Do’s and Don’t

Starting your first Airbnb? Here are a few do’s and don’ts that saved me time and headaches:
✅ Do invest in professional photos.
❌ Don’t ignore guest communication—automate it!
✅ Do research your local market before setting prices.

What questions do you have about getting started? I’d be happy to share more advice!

It isn't that big of a deal. It doesn't happen often at all.

We run such a tight ship, we rarely have issues that need attention. Guests just come in, have a good time and head out!

I find that automation often adds more complexity and time to a given situation rather than helping you save time. It just depends.
